When you wish to build your own home the procedure is the following:

Firstly you have to get in touch with us via a form that you complete in our web page to let us know your own proposals and needs with regard of how you imagine your home. In particular we are interested to know the total area, number of rooms, balconies, roofs and the morphology of the landscape.
In accordance with the above conditions we create an architectural proposal that we use as a base to discuss any alterations that the client wishes to do.
If the proposal becomes acceptable follows the issue of building licence in the town-planning. The cost (design study and taxes) is calculated beforehand.

Construction Stages

1. General excavations

The volume and the depth of excavations of the foundation of a building are determined by the existence or not of basement.

2. Foundation, load bearing structure

The surface of the excavation will be graded with concrete to allow for better setting of foundation and prevent oxidation of reinforced steel S500s used. The load bearing frame of building is consisted from reinforced concrete C20/25, which is determined by the static design study of the building
