Construction Stages
1. General excavations The volume and the depth of excavations of the foundation of a building are determined by the existence or not of basement.
2. Foundation, load bearing structure The surface of the excavation will be graded with concrete to allow for better setting of foundation and prevent oxidation of reinforced steel S500s used. The load bearing frame of building is consisted from reinforced concrete C20/25, which is determined by the static design study of the building.
3. Exterior and interior walls All the exterior walls are composed of double brick skin cavity (25cm) with an insulation filling. Interior walls are constructed with a single brick skin (10cm). |
